PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan successfully held a Customer Gathering event at Restaurant Pacific Yogyakarta to officially announce the merger of PT BPR Artha Mlatiindah into PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan. The event also served as an expression of appreciation for the trust and loyalty of customers who have continuously supported the Bank’s growth and development. The gathering was attended by the Board of Directors, management, invited guests, and valued customers, particularly prime customers from the former PT BPR Artha Mlatiindah.
Carrying the theme “Growing Successfully Together with BPR AM,” the event reflected the Bank’s commitment to growing stronger together with its customers and stakeholders. In his opening remarks, Mr. Aditya Kurniawan, Business Director of PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan, explained that the merger was not only conducted to comply with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations but also as a strategic initiative to strengthen the Bank’s capital structure, expand its branch network, and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. As of March 31, 2026, PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan recorded a Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 47.52%, significantly exceeding the minimum OJK requirement of 12%. Prior to the merger, PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan operated one head office, 12 branch offices, and 4 cash offices. With the addition of four branch offices from PT BPR Artha Mlatiindah, the Bank now serves customers through a network of one head office, 16 branch offices, and 4 cash offices strategically located across Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Adding value to the event, customers participated in an insightful seminar entitled “Strengthening Cyber Security Against Hackers in the Era of Rapid Digital Transformation,” presented by Mr. Sony Rimawan Adhy Saputra, Director of PT Mitra Indojaya Teknologi (Wallblock Technology). The event was further enlivened by entertainment performances from the D_AY Team and Lavida Musik, while the master of ceremonies, Mr. Fathur, ensured a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout the gathering.
Through this event, PT BPR Artha Mertoyudan reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening relationships with customers, fostering trust, and maintaining open communication.
